Hebron also has a special plan for married couples who come from other countries, or from other cities in Guatemala, who wish to study at HMI.  Instead of living on campus, we have a given number of houses off campus where couples and their families can live with more privacy during their two years of study.

Married Couple full scholarship:

The scholarship program for married couples includes the course of study at HMI (for the couple), housing furnished with the main essentials and a monthly allowance to cover basic expenses (food, light and water bills).

The couple is responsible for the following:

• The annual registration fee for the couple is US$280.00 per year (US$560.00 for the two years).
• The husband must work
  • 28 hours of work per week during the school year.
  • 3 months of full time work per year during vacation periods (6 months total during the two-year period).
• Schooling costs for children older than four are approximately US$400.00 per year.
• Kitchenware and bedding
